IFM Community Radio update:

It is with sincere regret that we inform our listeners that IFM Community Radio is still experiencing downtime. The ECMBA Board is awaiting authorisation from the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) to switch back on. Authorisation is required after technical restructuring and the erection of additional infrastructure was carried out in March. This process will provide a greatly improved reception in areas that were struggling to tune in and will reach many more households that were deprived of IFM Radio. However, it has taken longer than anticipated and we apologise for the interruption. We are doing everything possible to speed up the process without violating ICASA regulations. We thank you for your patience.
